Web library: Not allowing creation of "new sub-collection" under collections

Over the past 4 days, I haven't been able to create new sub collections under existing collections. I can only "add collection" in main library and then move it to the sub-collection.

    Not allowed meaning what, exactly?

    Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing?

    Does it still happen after restarting Zotero? And if you restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?

    I'm working in the web browser, actually. A screenshot won't tell the story. When I click on the three dots and get the options (Rename; New Subcollection) and click new sub collection, nothing happens. Whereas in the past, I would get a little subfolder icon and enter the sub collection name, and then populate it. Now, I have to go all the way to the top (My Library) --> create a new collection and then move the new collection to an existing collection as a sub collection.

    OK, be sure to always mention clearly when you're referring to the web library. Otherwise people will always assume you're referring to the desktop app.

    That options is working for me. What browser are you using? I assume you've tried reloading the page? Does this happen on any collection?

    On top of the questions Dan asked above, could you also let us know if:
    • You can see any errors in the browser console
    • It works if you use the keyboard (Tab/arrow keys to move the focus around, Enter/Space to confirm)?
