I received a message that I had hit my storage limit. I deleted a number of collections and their corresponding items, and emptied the trash. My storage use decreased (as expected), but upon deleting additional items and emptying trash again, my storage use increased to the maximum again. I have restarted Zotero locally and my computer multiple times to no avail.
