Upgrade StorageMy online library have all my file but not my computer one

My computer crashed last Sunday (of course I didn't had a copy of my Zotero files, yes I'm a bit stupid but please that's not the question here). I just got my new computer, re-install Zotero on it, and used the automatic syncronisation to get my library back. I'm using Zotero to store most of the archives I'm working on, who came from 2 continents and more than 6 countries so I download everypic of everydoc to be able to work online all the time.
Anyway a strange thing is happening : on my local Zotero software, it seems that I've lost access to some of the PDF or photo I have taken.... where with an online access from web, I can find them again.
I try to sync a second time but it didn't do anything.
I really need an access to my work without internet connection, as I don't always have an access. Any chance that someone could help me please ? Maybe I have forget something or idk.

(But make sure that you can actually open the files in the web library -- the attachment icon will show either way)
it seems that most of the PDF and photos are still attahed but it's the icon (on my local library) who don't appear - however I tried to work on a doc without the PDF icon and I could access it.... it doesn't make sense!
