Failure to sync and locked Zotero debug ID 818430614

Hello,
I have a hard time to sync my library. While it is trying to sync nothing works, I can't even access my local library
Thank you for your help
  • Transaction timeout, most likely caused by unresolved pending work
Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a few minutes of the initial auto-sync, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
  • I'll do that, and send it in a few minutes.
    Thanks

Try waiting longer at startup without doing anything. You have many large groups, including one where thousands of items were recently deleted, so Zotero has to perform some cleanup at startup, which seems to be taking a while for you.
  • It may also help to temporarily disable auto-sync, restart Zotero, and let it go while you'll be away from your computer for a bit. Then re-enable auto-sync and try again.
  • Thank you for your advise, I'll try that.
