Starting footnotes over at 1 in each chapter - OSCOLA

Hi, can anyone please help, I need to restart my footnotes from 1 in each chapter, with each first note written in full again.

I'm using OSCOLA.

    Only way to do this is to keep chapters in separate files and then make copies, unlink Zotero citations, and merge them into a single document at the end.
