I am unable to view my library online. In case I am able to view then it is not synced with the desktop files. Have tried everything from multiple times refreshing it to editing the settings and again downloading the app and the extension
The URL shown in the screenshot you posted is incorrect — not sure where you got it. If you instead click on the “Web Library” link, it should open the correct URL.
In the desktop app, hover over the circular arrows icon in the top-right corner to see when it last synced, and click on it to start an immediate sync. If the libraries still do not sync, check the steps listed at https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing
Can you explain the exact issue you're facing and provide a Report ID?

Once the web library UI loads, if the items you see there do not match what you see in the Zotero desktop app, see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing for steps to help debug syncing issues.
