Error using mac word plugin

Citation plug-in word installed correctly but constantly fails to insert citations.

Have reinstalled zotero several times, reinstalled plugin, also.
Using Onedrive Autosave Word

    This is generally caused by having some utility installed that interferes with the clipboard (e.g., a clipboard manager, though some clipboard managers work fine with Zotero).

    We have a fix for this in the latest Zotero beta. (Thanks to another report, we were able to reproduce it by copying from a Word comment box before triggering the plugin. Copying other text to the clipboard would fix it. It's possible that copying from other sources would also cause it, and it's also possible that some clipboard managers could cause it.)
