I got this problem too. It seems only to happen when I try to open a big PDF like a review. But it´s OK when I open someone´s PhD thesis.

    You need to log the actual error occurring. It doesn't look like you waited for an error to happen there.

    That's a 30-second timeout downloading a file from your WebDAV server. I'm afraid that's all we can tell you.
