Web library: "Some updates failed" when using "Add by Identifier"

Good morning,
When using the function "Add by Identifier" (DOIs), I keep getting the message "Some updates failed" although the actual DOIs are correct
How do we fix this, please?

    This is in the web library? Be sure to always mention that in your thread title, or else people will assume you're referring to the desktop app. I've updated your title.

    What's a DOI you're trying?

    OK, then that was likely due to the Amazon cloud outage that affected many websites.
