Hi,
I’m having ongoing sync problems with Zotero 7.0.27 (ARM64, macOS 15.5). The sync keeps stopping with the message “Could not sync Meine Bibliothek – too many retries”.

In the error console I see repeated messages like:

HTTP GET https://api.zotero.org/users/16864996/... failed with status code 500: An error occurred
HTTP POST https://api.zotero.org/users/16864996/items failed with status code 500
ZoteroObjectUploadError: An error occurred
Made no progress during upload -- stopping

I already tried:
• Resetting the sync history and file sync history
• Disabling automatic sync
• Disabling Better BibTeX auto-export
• Turning off file syncing
• Restarting Zotero and logging in again

The issue persists — sync starts, then fails again with HTTP 500 errors and “too many retries”.

Is this a known server issue, or could a specific item in my library be corrupted (e.g., item key AQSMEHXW)?
Any advice on how to identify and fix the problematic entry would be appreciated.
