Hello Zotero Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with saving items from Google Scholar using Zotero. Each time I try to save a reference, I receive the following message:

“An error occurred while saving this document. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information.”

I have already checked the troubleshooting page here: https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues
, but the problem persists.
