Synchronization issue

There is a problem with computer synchronization. When using Infinicloud for synchronization, it is always in sync status, but the synchronized files cannot be viewed

    A download request from your WebDAV provider is timing out.

    If you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails, we might be able to tell you a little more, but generally this is just a problem with your internet connection or WebDAV provider.
