Microsoft Edge error

I am working with someone with Microsoft Edge and Zotero installed. The Zotero application is running and logged in, and that I can open a browser and browse to the port the Zotero application is listening on.

The Zotero connector extension is installed, but is displayed in the toolbar as a gray browser window.

When we tried to open the settings for the Zotero extension, we see a page with two icons and nothing else.

When I looked at the Javascript console, there's an error happening in the Zotero extension.

We tried removing and re-installing the Zotero extension, as well as restarting the computer and repeating that step, but we still don't see the settings for the Zotero extension.
  • Make sure they're running an up-to-date version of Edge. The current version is 141.
