Hi - starting a new thread (i think this is what you mean). Ive downloaded the new Zotero and tried to sync it with my Web library - but its not happening. can you please help?
Hi - sorry but this isn't very clear to a technologically challenged person like me. Im not sure where to locate my Word Start Up folder in order to follow up with the following instructions ("If the plugin still isn't working in Word, go to your Word Startup folder, delete Zotero.dotm, and restart Word to make sure that the plugin is completely gone from Word. Then reinstall the plugin.")! Sorrrrry but some of us are technologically challenged!
Im not sure where to find my Library folder on my Mac ["to navigate to it in Finder, hold down Option, click the Go menu, and select Library (which is hidden by default), and then follow the rest of the path."]. Not sure what is meant by "hold down Option". I clicked it and nothing happened.
Everything that requires technical knowledge is linked in the instructions. "Word Startup folder" is a link to the "Locating your Word Startup folder" instructions.
"Option" is a key on your keyboard. Hold it down while clicking the Go menu and you'll see the Library option appear.
