9. Nesil İPad Zotero donma sorunu

9. Nesil ıpad tablet bilgisayarım var. Bir iki senedir tabletten Zotero kullanıyorum. Bir iki aydır sürekli olarak donma yaşıyorum. Bir kitabı okuyorum. Dosya büyük ama sayfa geçişleri esnasında uygulama donuyor ve kalıyor. Sorun nedir?

    Can you please mention which device, which iOS version, and which app version you use? If it's a specific file that has this behaviour, can you please mail it to support@zotero.org and mention this thread?

    Please also provide the exact version of Zotero you have installed, and do mail such a file that displays these issues to support@zotero.org.
    If you make a copy of such a file, so there are no previous annotations, does it still cause issues?
    Additionally, please go to Zottero Settings (gear icon) > Debug Output Logging
    and Start Logging. Then open one of the documents you mention, replicate the problem, close the document, and then Stop Logging and share the debug log id here.

    Hey @ensar45, please make a new debug log as I described before. The one you sent hasn't logged opening a document.

    iOS Debug Log: D1408824517 Buyrun size mail üzerinden gönderdiğim her iki dosyayı da açtım. Sonrasında uygulama dondu ve uygulamalar ekranından zoteroyu kapatıp tekrar başlattım. İlk dosya açılır açılmaz uygulamanın donmasına neden oldu. Diğer dosyada hızlı bir gezinti yaptığımda dondu.

    Can you open these documents in the web library? Do you have any issues there?

    Additionally, could you create a group library, and copy the document with the annotations there, so you can share it as is with us, for further debugging?
