Some files not renamed

Renaming doesn't seem to work on my end. Actually, as it looks, it stopped on the 23rd of January this year. Tried to change renaming parameters and it invokes a short list of to-be-changed items, but the vast majority of items remains unchanged. The only difference is that now I'm unable to rename the attachments manually.

I forgot to add that items are saved on various devices, practically with this probability: iPad >> PC >> iPhone

Attachments for items saved on the PC are not renamed either. The PC is set up to store all attachments, the iPad to store those saved on it as well as some favorite collections, the iPhone stores barely any.

In your screenshots, your Attachment Info pane is collapsed, so it’s very hard to understand what the problem is. If you select one of the attachment items and expand the pane (the little downward-pointing chevron next to the “Attachment Info” header), it should display attachment details, including a filename and a “Rename File to Match Parent Item” button next to it.

I do apologize. It seems that I'm lagging behind in some aspects of the app's development.

Where/how did you add those? It wouldn’t have been with the desktop app.

Most likely on the iPad (b398). I just tested with 4 different journals and all files were renamed. The difference with Nature journals is that the Safari plugin can't save the PDF with my institutional access, regardless of whether it was attempted from the HTML or from the PDF page view. This way I have to save the PDF separately and add it manually to the item (Add attachment).

Yeah, the iOS app doesn't yet mirror all the behavior of the desktop app — in this case, renaming and retitling a file that's added to an existing item. We'll fix.
