Upgrade StorageInserting Citations function isn't working
I am using Google Docs, but I have also tried with Word on my computer (Windows 11) and neither allows me to use the Zotero extension function for add/edit citation/bibliography.
When I click on add/edit in either Google Docs or Word, nothing happens. I tried updating Zotero (version 5.0.182) and refreshing my document.
Not sure why I can't use this function, some help would be appreciated!

damnationAre you sure you mean version 5? That's years old by now and Zotwro 7 is the current version. Can you download and install to the latest version? https://www.zotero.org/download/
