Hello,

When I try and use Zotero, it says that the styles and translators are unable to download. I never had any problems with Zotero until I got a new mac book so I am just frustrated.

    Have you changed the permissions on your Zotero data directory, as suggested earlier?

    Yes, I have, for every file within the folder, including the styles.

    There's still a permissions problem.

    Can you open Terminal via Spotlight, paste in this command, press Return, and let us know the output? You can 'x' out your username.

    ls -la ~/Zotero ~/Zotero/styles
