The school provides unlimited storage, and I've verified my university email and only have university email on the account, but still am capped at the 300 MB storage.

It can take a minute to update after you verify your email.

It's been about a week since I verified my email but I'm still showing the following, that I'm at full storage at 303 MB but I should have unlimited:

That all looks correctly: your quota is unlimited, your current usage just above 300MB. Are you actually getting an insufficient storage error message? It's possible you're actually just using 300mb right now.
