Unable to sync but storage at 0%
                    I am unable to sync my library (or see updates to a group folder)- the app says that I have reached my storage quota (first screenshot), but when I check my settings (second screenshot), it says that I am only at 16.5 MB (but also that I am at 0 MB for my library). Any fixes besides just upgrading to more storage (not clear if this would actually help)?

            dstillmanedited 23 days agoYou've never synced the account you're posting from. (It will tell you that above the section you shared a screenshot of.) You can see the account you're syncing with in the Sync pane of the Zotero settings.
