Problem with Zotero 7

Hello, I cannot sync with the new Zotero 7. I have restarted the program, the computer etc. as well as disconnect account and then log in again to sync.

In addition, the plug-in does not work anymore, which I also have reinstalled.

  • Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces an error?

    Generally this file-sync error would be a problem with your network connection.
