Hey @Davin_Kao, can you provide some more details. Does it crash with a specific action, or just launching the app? by reinstalling do you mean you deleted the app and then installed anew from the app store?

Hi. It’s when I launch it. Yeah I deleted and reinstalled. It’s stuck when I annotate too. It’s not responding as fast as I annotate with pencil.

Actually I replied to you through email. But I think you cannot see mine. So I reply here again.

Will the number of tags make it fail to run? I notice I can run other books but not that one book with more tags.

But it has a lot to notice. I need to remember what's inside the book by tags

I'm a bit confused, can you clarify the following please:
- You signed in the newly installed app, and afterwards it crashed while you were in which screen?
- Does it crash every time? Or just the first time after you installed it?
- Is it a specific document that is slow? If you copy this document, so you open it without any tags, does it show the same issues?

If you do have any more crashes, please share them here as well.

You still haven't specified when exactly it crashes. Can you please make a screen recording since launching the app, until the crash occurs, and share it here, or mail it to support@zotero.org mentioning this thread.

You can copy the document by exporting it (without annoations) and directly sharing it with Zotero.

Is there any way to keep my notes and tags? Without them, I will have to read again. It'll be a waste of a lot of time. I've been checking for any updates on the App Store, but I see none.

You misunderstood, by copying I want you just to test if the issues persist with the same document but without any annotations. The goal is to fix your issues so you can work as you need to.

We have a potential fix for the actual crash log you sent in the latest beta (2.0.0-398), can you please try it and provide more feedback if necessary?

Keep in mind that the other issues you mention in this thread may be unrelated.
We did review the video you sent, but it doesn't reveal anything, other than you opening a document with several annotations. Did you capture the crash?
