Zotero doesn't sync all my files in one of my devices
I have Zotero for PC both in my work device (device A) and in my personal device (device B).
I also have Zotero App for iOS in an iPad (device C).
Zotero doesn't sync all my files in device B, but does in devices A and C. I am unable to find several folders from my library in device B, even if I have some of the library available.
I have made sure that device A and C are fully synched, and then tried to see if the sync options for device B were off, but they are alright.

I have the maximum storage subscription, I've been having it for a while now.
Situation: in device A arrow keeps spinning sync
In Device B I can't see the files (only the reference) that I tried uploading from Device A. Neither in my web library.
Also, 2nd problem, Device A shows more group libraries than I chose to see, and I am shown all group libraries I ever belonged to. I got the Debug for the second problem, Debug ID B: 985302358
I'm afraid of using the "manually copy your entire Zotero data directory to a synced folder on one computer, and then restore it — again with Zotero closed — on another computer, as if you were performing a backup and restore of your data." (https://www.zotero.org/support/sync#file_syncing) because I may have made changes in other Zotero files from devices that are not device A, and I understand I would miss those changes.

I have also tried "Tools → Manage Attachments → Convert Linked Files to Stored Files to make the files syncable. " and the option is not active, I add a screeenshot:

I then tried " Sync → Reset pane of the Zotero settings on Computer A and select Reset File Sync History for the library in question"

Also, I'm not getting any "sync error" icon
If it still happens after that, can you provide a Debug ID, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option, for Zotero startup through a few minutes of the sync icon spinning?
Don't do anything else. If the sync icon is spinning continuously, that's a data-syncing problem, not a file-syncing problem, so no other steps are relevant.
In installed the latest Zotero version. Still getting the spinning.

What about Device B? It still doesn't sync all the folders I had, even if I can see them in the web library. I downloaded the new zotero version. This is the Debug ID: D1423354494
It also loads all the libraries, even those I said in the sync that I didn't want loaded in this PC.

The web library also isn't syncing properly. I tried to upload a couple of files from the web library of device B and they didn't fully upload and it showed some error. Tried downloading them in device C - it says "error" as well.

Device B doesn't sync also in the app, not only on the website. Debug ID having started debut output logging before making the change (but the sync never ended): D616548311

I still have one of the issues I mentioned. In device B (my personal computer), I still can't find some of the subfolders that are available in the online library (FOLDER: https://www.zotero.org/rv1/collections/UH65VH5V)
And then, even if I chose not to show certain group libraries in this device, it still shows them. Even group libraries that no longer exist. (Can't send link to these group libraries because they do not existe in the web library, only on this device even if I excluded them from the view)

To remove a group that you had unchecked and later left or deleted, right-click on the group in the collections pane and choose Sync, and it should prompt you to remove or archive it.
I reorganized this whole collection "https://www.zotero.org/rv1/collections/QZXJRECW", moving the content from one folder to another. Did the Debug output thing. This is the Debug ID: D989739522
None of the options presented in "Changes not syncing" applied to my case.
On another note, the other issue: "even if I chose not to show certain group libraries in this device, it still shows them" --> fixed with " right-click on the group in the collections pane and choose Sync, and it should prompt you to remove or archive it."
