Zotero update not working
I was prompted to install a new version of Zotero to my iMac (M3, Sequoia 15.6.1 (24G90)). However, when dragging the downloaded app to the applications folder, I encounter the following error message:
The operation can’t be completed because some items had to be skipped. For each item, choose File > Get Info, make sure ‘Locked’ is unselected, and then check the Sharing & Permissions section. When you are sure the items are unlocked and not designated as Read Only or No Access, try again.
What does this mean (which items? how do i find them? how many are there?) and how do i install the latest Zotero? Thanks

Zotero updates itself within the app — that's not something you do from Finder, where this message would be from.
But if you're having trouble updating Zotero, you can always delete it from Applications and reinstall it from the download page. Make sure you've closed Zotero first. Your Zotero data will not be affected.
