Is there a keyboard shortcut for 'Filter Collections' in Zotero 7?

Hello.
I use the 'filter collections' function a lot because I use a detailed folder structure. However, I think it would be good if there is a keyboard shortcut for this function, but I can't seem to find such a function even after looking through the help. Is there any way to do it?
  • Cmd/Ctrl-Shift-L takes you to the collections list, and Shift-Tab from there takes you to the search field.
  • Shift-Tab is the weirdest keyboard shortcut I've ever seen. Why do we even need one? It should be sufficient to start typing when the collections pane is selected.

@felixturbanisch: Shift-Tab is the universal shortcut on all operating systems for going back one place in the tab order. That's all that is.

You can, but that's find-as-you-type — again, a near-universal feature of lists in apps — which only searches the beginnings of entries and automatically navigates you to them. The filter bar will search anywhere in the collection names and narrow the list to those entries.
  • Thank you, I shouldn't have been so blunt. It just strikes me as a missed opportunity not to assign a keyboard shortcut to the search function and to rely on tab-navigation instead. Find-as-you-type doesn't seem to find sub-collections that are not fully expanded?
  • We might add a keyboard shortcut later — this is just the way you can do it now.

You can press + first to expand all collections.
  • Great, thanks a lot! Looks like the keyboard-centric workflow is coming together :)
