Moving out of shared library
I have read and annotated a PDF item, named X, in a library SL shared with me. I am not the owner of the library SL, but I can add items to it and annotate them.
X is a PDF file I have originally shared with others (in other words, it was me who put the file in the shared library).
Now, I would like to move X and its annotations
- out of the Shared Library
and
- into My Library,
then remove X from SL.
- If I move the item to "My Library" a "plus" sign appears, but when I release the icon nothing happens.
- If I duplicate the item in SL, a new item X' (same name) appears in the shared library SL. If I then double click on X' nothing happens. If I right-click on X', I do not see the menu item "Show in Finder" (I am on a Mac).
In practice, I cannot find a way to do move or copy an item that I have shared in a shared library in My Library.
Is it possible? In that case, how am I supposed to do it?

adamsmithDelete the originating item in My Library, empty the trash, then move the item X to My Library.
