Can you provide a screenshot or link to a screen recording?

Does it happen if you restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?

Does it happen if you try the Zotero beta? (Assuming this is Windows, you can try the ZIP build with installing it. Your data won't be affected in any case.)
