My Zotero library is missing hundreds of files. My online library mirrors my local desktop Zotero. I rarely use the online library, so I do not know if the online library ever contained all the files in my local (laptop) repository. The files seem to still reside in my Zotero/storage folder, so I tried running the Zotero Database Repair Tool, but that did not work. Seems like the issue is my zotero.sqlite file, but I am unable to rebuild it and my online library does not contain all of my files. So I guess I am looking for another way to rebuild the zotero.sqlite file, or other helpful suggestions.
