Lost collections on import from Endnote

I just imported my citations from Endnote 21, but I lost all the collections (groups in Endnote; the library structure; effectively tabs). Upon syncing with the web, they don't appear there either, as one would expect.

Is there a way to import/resotre my collections?

    Endnote doesn't export collections into any open format, so I don't think there's anything Zotero can do about that.

    Bummer. I can replicate the collections to a degree with concentrated searches and by reconstructing them manually from what remains on Endnote.
