Will not auto-capture screenshots when saving papers in IEEE xplore

A long time ago, when my Zotero was saving papers from IEEE Xplore, it would not only capture the PDF but also automatically save a screenshot of the current page. In fact, I prefer using the screenshot to review the content again, but I also need the PDF. Therefore, I hope the automatic saving feature can capture both the PDF and the page screenshot at the same time.
However, in the current version, it only captures the PDF and does not save the page screenshot. Even though I checked the option related to automatically saving page screenshots in the settings.
Is this a bug?

    We generally try not to save a snapshot when there's a full-text PDF available. It was a bit more common in the past, but people tend to not want both, so we've been making an effort to update Zotero's translators to only save the PDF.

    Now that Zotero has the ability to annotate snapshots, we'll likely allow you to set a priority for PDF/EPUB/snapshot, but we don't have any particular plans to make it possible to save both.

    As a workaround, you can right-click on the save button, choose to save as "Web Page with Snapshot", and then merge the two items.

    Yes, that's exactly what I'm doing right now, but it's very inconvenient, so I hope to see an update to the optional feature of saving page screenshots as soon as possible :-)
