Zotero won't save from Springer via uni VPN
Zotero fails to retrieve publication information from Springer when I work from home, in which case Cisco Secure Client provides institutional access through VPN (University of Oslo).
I have no problem saving articles (metadata and pdf) from any other publishers (e.g., Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, APA) working from home, and I have no problem saving these same Springer articles when at the office (i.e., within the physical university network). This seems to affect all Springer articles and only Springer articles, only from the home (VPN setup).
There does not seem to be a problem with translator selection, I choose "Save to Zotero (Springer link)" either way.
The result is always this error message: "Saving to My Library. An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information."
Our university accesses academic publisher sites via proxy to provide institutional access, regardless of location (office or VPN).
This is an example URL that produces the aforementioned error:
https://link-springer-com.ezproxy.uio.no/article/10.3758/BF03193811
This is the original URL:
https://link.springer.com/article/10.3758/BF03193811
The Debug ID is D513407695.
Any ideas what might be causing this?

adomasvenThis is fixed in Zotero Connector 5.0.182. It should update automatically, but you can also check for updates in the extension manager of your browser.
