Storage and syncing issue

Hi,
I am getting sync error on my zotero app on desktop. Its showing, I am run out of storage, But I only have used 14MB of my quota from 300MB.
Below is the error mesaage I am getting:
You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options.

    As it says there, you haven't synced this account in 2 years. Check the account you're syncing with from the Sync pane of the Zotero settings. You should then delete this account to avoid future confusion. You can add this email address to your other account.

    This is how my sync pane looks like, what settings do i need to change?

    The account you're syncing with is afiasubhani23 (i.e. a different account from the one you're logged in with here). You should keep the sync pane the same and instead log in with that account here on the website.

    This has nothing to do with google storage -- Zotero has its own storage, as you know.
