Zotero certainly doesn't access your browser passwords. Zotero is based on Firefox, and Firefox has code to import usernames and passwords from other browsers, so it's possible Norton is detecting that, though there's no reason that code should be getting triggered.

It's also possible you could be running some malicious Zotero plugin that's doing something it shouldn't, but we've never seen anything like that.

In any case, it also looks like you're still running either Zotero 6 or the 32-bit version of Zotero 7, so you should start by installing the latest version of Zotero 7 from the download page.
