Help: Web Library overwritten after sync

Hello, I need help with my Zotero account.
I wanted to synchronize the data from my Web Library with the Zotero program on my laptop. On my laptop I didn’t have any items, and when I tried to sync, it deleted everything I had in my Web Library and replaced it with the empty library from my laptop.

Is there any way to restore my Web Library from Zotero’s server backups?

    You likely used Replace Online Library from the empty local library, which people sometimes do by mistake while trying to set up a new computer. Setting up a new computer simply involves syncing normally, which would never do this.

    If you were syncing multiple computers, you can likely restore from one of the automatic backups on the computer where you were using Zotero previously and then use Replace Online Library, as explained there.
