Upgrade Storagedo zotero bak files contain copies of local library?
i accidentally deleted my collections and local library - even emptying my mac bin. idiot, i know.
i've followed the advice on other discussion threads, and successfully restored the collections from a bak file (last updated a few days ago, before the accidental deleting).
however, the storage subfolder is still empty, so there are no linked files in the library.
the bak file (now sqlite file) is 222MB - does this suggest that the local library is 'in' the bak (now sqlite) file? if so, how do i restore the local library from this file?

You don't have an old harddisk backup that includes the data folder?
