display garbled characters in snapshot pages

Chinese web page snapshots can be saved into Zotero 7 (Mac Version), but they display garbled characters in Zotero tab (as shown below).

I updated all add-ons, as well as connectors in Edge/Safari. But, doesn't work.
Furthermore, the page content display well in browsers.
Would you please help me how to fix it? Thanks

Looks such issues exist in all pages of WeChat Official Account, for example,

The pages are save into Zotero through following road: Wechat→Edge/Chrome browsers→Zotero.
In browsers, pages' content is fine.
but in Zotero, page's content displayed as above.

Does saving work fine outside of wechat? Could you provide some links that are accessible on the external internet?

The links provided are accessible for me from France.

They are saving fine from Firefox / Chrome / Edge:

It also works fine when opening the page from WeChat.
Opening from WeChat simply opens the link in the default browser. So it should not matter here.

@logicbean: Can you reproduce with all plugins disabled?
Can you open correctly the .html file saved in a browser outside of Zotero? You can do a right-click on the Snapshot to "Show file".
