prompt from Word plug-in in wrong position

When I click on "add citation" from Zotero's Word plug-in, the red and white prompt field appears at the extreme lower left corner of my monitor. As a result the entry options which should be visible below the prompt are invisible. I am unable to move the prompt. This is a recent problem, and I think is related to changing my arrangement of monitors. But fiddling with monitor settings hasn't helped.

I've tried reinstalling Zotero and the Word plug-in. Otherwise Zotero works fine. A work-around is to click on "classic view" from the prompt, but this wastes time. I'm running Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    You can move this window by the clicking and dragging on the red border. Alternatively you can press Alt-Spacebar, and select Move, then move it with the arrow keys.
