Two accounts (English and French), one person, one Chrome app

I have a large multi-topic library in English for which I pay extra storage. I created a second Zotero account with a second email in French in order to work with and share with a group. When I use my Chrome-based Zotero app to download a reference it only offers the now empty French account. How can I switch between accounts?

    You should set up multiple Zotero profiles for different account, and run Zotero with the profile for the appropriate account when saving.

    If Zotero is closed, and you want to save directly to zotero.org, you need to sign in to the appropriate account on zotero.org, then go into Zotero Preferences -> General and click Clear Credentials to reset your sync account.
