[Report ID: 437987577] File sync error

I have a problem when a new file is uploaded.
The problem has started last week.

    That's not a valid Report ID. Can you try again?

    I lost the Report ID genereted before.
    But I got the new ID related to the same symptoms:
    491287817

    I also meet the similar problem，the Report ID is：
    “Zotero 无法建立到 ogi.teracloud.jp 的安全连接。

    SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER”
    I use ZOTERO 7.

    I gerarate Report ID, again: 2905460 or 976394024
    I also use ZOTERO7.

    Maybe It could be a problem with my lap top which is belongs to the company I work for.
    Our company has a security regulation, and I think it may cause a sync error.
    The following is written in the Report:
    "This site cannot be accessed due to security policy"
    What I'm curious about is why this problem suddenly happened after more than a year of sync without a problem.
    Maybe the security policy was updated recently or something...

    Anyway, I think I should use the ZOTERO only as local with sync in the future.
