Upgrade StorageCitation generator in desktop app not working - help please!
A right click requesting the generation of a citation is not functioning properly in my desktop Zotero. When I paste the citation into a document it provides only the author name in parenthesis - no other information about the reference. With a "drag and drop" to insert the citation into Word it produces a format other than the APA 7 that is specified - here is an example.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero but the problem remains.
If I work inside the online version rather than desktop, I am able to create a full and properly formatted citation by selecting Create Bibliography on the top bar - but this takes more steps and is not my preferred way of working.
How can I address this problem?

(For right-click → Create Bibliography from Item, you need to make sure Bibliography is selected, not Citations, but you should generally use Quick Copy if you're not using one of the word processor plugins.)
