Upgrade StorageAndroid - Feature requests for e-ink screen platforms
I'm on a Boox Tab X C (Android with an e-ink screen), and using the Zotero app. There are two quality-of-life features that would improve the app immensely.
- Add an option to remove the page-turning animation. For any e-ink screen, this is very choppy and leaves smudges of the page across the screen
- Lower the threshold for swiping to turn pages. Right now, when I swipe with my thumb, half the time it just animates the page moving up a bit and back. This is quite frustrating, and I have to really exaggerate the swipe movement to turn the page
- Add an option to activate tap to turn pages. This would also alleviate the above issue

adamsmithTap on the right marginof the screen turns the page. That's what I use on my Boox

MathiasHudobaIt doesn't work on mine, and I don't see any option in the settings to enable this. Maybe it's a Tab X C specific problem?

adamsmithIt doesn't work when you're zoomed in. That's a current limitation of the Android app, I understand they're working on making this worked in zoomed mode too. If that's not it, I wouldn't know where to look, though I thought boox uses the same modified OS on all its tablets
