Zotero does not work in Office Word: issue after updating Zotero7

Issue in Word show as "Word could not communicate with Zotero".

I rebooted word, zotero, and restarted my computer, but it did not solve this problem. I sincerely ask the staff to solve it

those instructions for Windows aren't working for me. (1) restarting didn't work; (2) the instructions for finding my Word Startup folder didn't work. I couldn't find this folder %Appdata%\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP. (3) the additional instructions to go to the Options/Advanced/General didn't show file locations. I'm using Office 365. Advice?
