Why cant i synchronise it with word on ipad

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by that.
There's not currently a Zotero plugin for Word on iOS, but we're working with Microsoft to make that possible. In the meantime, you can copy citations and a bibliography to the clipboard from the iOS app and paste them into Word.
