Added Citations Always Start with 1 and include time 00:00:00 AM
I'm having trouble with citations in Zotero using AMA style. Each time I try and add a new citation or update old citations, it gets cited as the number "1," followed by the time 00:00:00 AM (also in superscript).
I was originally using Zotero on Google Docs and didn't convert it properly to Word, which is why I'm going through and updating my citations now in Word. It also probably doesn't help that my document is over 180 pages long.
I went through as many of the steps as I could in the Zotero "Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processors" document, and I'm still having this problem. Could anyone provide some guidance?

dstillmanIf it doesn’t happen in a new document, you’ll want to follow the troubleshooting steps through to the end. The last step will by definition isolate the problem.

adamsmithIf you have references on a table, that'd be the first thing to check

cynthyhouThank you for your suggestions! I realized that the insertion I was seeing was a placeholder Zotero puts in before it gets refreshed/updates all the citations. I did end up copying over the document part by part into a new Word doc and re-inserting citations into the new doc, and I think that also helped with the problem.
