When I attempt to save papers from the Elsevier website, an error message appears: ‘An error occurred while saving using ScienceDirect. Please try saving using Embedded Metadata instead.’ Consequently, I must manually download the PDFs and drag them into Zotero to retrieve the literature entry details.

And provide the information requested in point 14 if the problem hasn't been solved.
