APA 7th style article numbers - possible bug
I am experiencing what seems like a bug to me (although I could be wrong!) regarding article numbers in the APA 7th style. When importing some journal articles using the browser extension, it brings metadata like this into the extra field:
Number: 11
Publisher: SAGE Publications Ltd
That then generates a reference like this:
Roseberry, W. (1978). Peasants as Proletarians. Critique of Anthropology, 3(11), Article 11. https://doi.org/10.1177/0308275X7800301102
It overrides the included page range, which seems to me the correct data for the reference rather than the article number that is generated. If I delete the metadata in the extra field, I get what looks to be a correctly styled reference:
Roseberry, W. (1978). Peasants as Proletarians. Critique of Anthropology, 3(11), 3–18. https://doi.org/10.1177/0308275X7800301102

adamsmithThe bug is on import, not in the style. You should delete Number: 11 (which is an incorrect import from the issue number). The import was fixed some weeks ago, so if you test the same article now, you're not seeing the number in extra.

chrislittleThank you, can confirm it doesn't occur if I try a new article.
