Zotero update epic-seeming fail

Through a Windows-related error because it was open. I did not have or want the plug-in for Windows. Can't open Zotero because it's been renamed or deleted. I'm in the middle of my dissertation, and it looks like my entire library is lost. Please advise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You'll need to say more — it's not at all clear what the problem is you're experiencing. You can provide screenshots if it's helpful.

    You can always reinstall Zotero from the download page without affecting your data in any way.
