Error Report 810590168

Yesterday, I received a new laptop at work. After logging back into Zotero, the database started to synchronize. After a long time (more than 3,500 entries), it displays an error message every time.
"An error occurred during file synchronization. Please try synchronizing again.
If you receive this notification repeatedly, restart Zotero and/or your computer and try synchronizing again. If you still receive this notification, create an error report and post the ID of the error report in a new thread in the Zotero forum."

After several restarts, the result remains the same.

What can I do?
  • Sorry, downloading of files larger than 2 GB is currently broken.

    We're looking into a fix, but for now, you'd have to ignore it or delete that attachment in the web library and empty it from the trash. You can paste 4NZNYXIP into the desktop app search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the attachment in question.
