Can't scroll in PDFs on touchscreen after update
I've just updated the desktop software to version 7.0.24 (64-bit), and I now have a problem with scrolling in PDFs on my touchscreen device. I used to be able to do this with either my finger or a stylus by swiping within the document, even while the highlight tool was selected. Now this doesn't work: any interaction with the document while highlighting is on just adds highlighting, and any interaction when I have no tool selected selects text. There seem to be only two ways I can scroll, both of which are a pain:
1. Zoom out of the document so I have some space either side of it, deselect the highlight tool and then swipe in the space.
2. Use the scrollbar (difficult to be precise on a touchscreen!)
Selecting hand tool from the View menu (didn't there used to be a shortcut for this within the reader??) seems to do absolutely nothing for touchscreen interactions.
I'm on a Microsoft Surface Go 3 with Windows 11 Home version 24H2.

When in manual mode (highlight mode off) using my finger scrolls, and using my stylus (Slim Pen 2 with Surface pro 11) highlights text (in blue). Then when you release the stylus, you can select the highlight option in the context menu, and the text will be highlighted. That way you don’t need to turn on/off highlight mode all the time.
A permanent fix will be great, but in the meantime I hope this helps.
