"Item not found" error on syncing

On sync, I get "Item 1989038/N4358NPW not found in library".

I tried restarting Zotero both normally and in troubleshooting mode and the problem persists.

    Ok, weird. I searched for "N4358NPW" and a PDF attached to one of my items came up. I deleted it and resynced and now no error.

    Problem solved!
